Claire is a 1L Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Washington School of Law. She expects her J.D. in June of 2025.

Claire brings years of litigation experience to the Hemmat Law Team. Before law school, Claire worked as a litigation paralegal at the Oregon firm Monahan, Grove, and Tucker emphasizing family law, contracts, real estate, and estate planning. Prior, she supported immigration law cases at Hernandez Immigration Law in Walla Walla, WA.

In addition to her professional experience, Claire is a prior Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and a former Councilwoman of the Blue Mountain Land Trust Advocacy Council. She is fluent in Spanish and is an avid reader of classic literature, high fantasy, and science fiction.
